▪ The draw will be by barrel draw and recorded. Winner will be contacted by
phone and email and listed on LOO5ENATS & SKD. CARTELs Facebook Page.
▪ The winner does NOT need to be present
▪ The winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Website & Facebook.
▪ The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the drawing.

The winners details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published within
30 days of the drawing. Entering will give TEX INVESTMENTS PTY LTD permission to publish those details in a national newspaper, online & on their website.

Entry Eligibility: The Promotion is open to NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS, NT, ACT & WA residents only who are aged 18 years and over, except those persons excluded under the Entry Restrictions. Persons under the age of 18 are permitted to enter with the permission of their legal guardian. If a winner is under 18 years old, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.

Entry Restrictions:
The following persons are excluded from the Competition: (a). The Promoter’s
directors, officers and employees, including their immediate family members.
Immediate family member means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, child
or step-child, parents, step parent, uncle, aunt, grandparent, step-grandparent,
niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. (b) Directors,
officers and employees, including immediate family members of TEX VENTURES
PTY. LTD. T/A SKD. CARTEL ACN: 648 718 754 ABN: 95 648 718 754 & LOO5ENATS
ABN: 99 839 235 346 (related body corporate of the Promoters); and (c) Prize
contributors, sponsors and their directors.
All entry requirements and instructions and information regarding the Prize form
part of these Conditions of Entry. By participating in the Promotion, all entrants
acknowledge, accept and agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry.
Any organisation associated with this Promotion, sponsors or officers and
employees, including their immediate family members.
Maximum Number of Entries: There is no maximum number of entries per person.
Entry Requirements: Any eligible person who orders and purchases any
digital poster pack from Promoters online through Promoter’s website,
www.skdcartel.com.au or in person at event LOO5ENATS - there is no reception or internet connection at event so online entries is not an option.
If the product is ordered and purchased is refunded or exchanged at any time
(including outside the Promotion Period until the winner of the Prize is determined) then an entrant’s entry into the Promotion will be automatically
invalidated. All entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be
accepted.
Entry can occur through different ways from time to time, including (without
limitation), the purchase of a single product or multiple products through
packaged deals.

Prize: There will be only one (1) winner of the Promotion for each category. The
Prize is a Holden VN Burnout car valued at $50,000 AUD (‘Prize’).
The First Prize is specifically a TRACK / OFF-ROAD vehicle and CANNOT registered or driven on any public roads in Australia. The VIN numbers & compliance plates have been removed from the vehicle. Stamp duty and registration will NOT be provided as the vehicle cannot be registered or driven on public roads. The Promoters, its officers, directors and employees, the Promoter’s related bodies corporate, any organization associated with the Promotion, Promotion sponsors and Prize contributors do not take any responsibility for the longevity of the prize, maintenance of the prize, current or future mechanical issues of the prize. There
is no parts warranty on any parts on the Prize, the Prize will be won on an 'AS IS' basis. The winner will be responsible for all maintenance & replacement parts if any parts on the Prize are determined to be faulty after the Winner accepts delivery of the Prize. The Prize value DOES NOT include vehicle registration OR compulsory third-party insurance OR stamp duty costs. The Prize is non- transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Prizewill be delivered to an address that is listed on the winning entry within NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, WA, TAS & NT. If the entrant lists an address outside this location the entry will be classified as void and a redraw will take place. Please allow up 6-8 weeks from date of the winner notification for delivery of the prizes.
The winner will be determined at random.
The Prize will be drawn by selecting a ticket from a barrel at random. If the draw
cannot be completed at LOO5ENATS (131 Burrong Basin Rd, Black Range VIC
3381) from unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 restrictions, the Prize will
be drawn at 12.00pm, Saturday the 26th of November 2022 at 46 Albert St, Ararat
VIC 3377. The winner will be notified by telephone & email within two (2) business
days of the Draw. Additionally, the winner will be announced on the Promoter’s
Website, Facebook, The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of
the drawing. Instagram and through other media on the 28/10/2022 and in a
national newspaper within thirty (30) days of the draw. The winners will be
advised in writing about the prize.

The Promoters reserve the right to announce the winner publicly and/or publish
the winner’s identity and/or any photographs of the winner for publicity. In
accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all
reasonable media request. The winner grants the Promoters a royalty-free,
perpetual, worldwide and non-exclusive license to use any footage and
photographs in all media.
The Promotion will be redrawn if the Prize is unclaimed by the winner after a
period of ninety (90) consecutive days from the Draw (‘First Redraw’). This first
redraw date will be 08/01/2023 at 12:00pm at 46 Albert Street, ARARAT, VICTORIA
3377. If the winner of the First Redraw does not collect the Prize within a further
ninety (90) day period from the First Redraw Draw, then another redraw will
occur. The second redraw date will be 08/04/2023 at 46 Albert Street, ARARAT
VICTORIA 3377. Redraws will occur every ninety (90) days until a valid winner
collects the Prize.

General:

The Promoters may at their sole discretion vary these Conditions of Entry from
time to time during the Promotion Period, provided that it receives approval from
the relevant government authorities. The Promoters reserves the right to require
proof of identity, Australian residency status and other details to validate a
winner’s eligibility and entry. Acceptance of the proof of eligibility is at the
discretion of the Promoters. A winner’s entry will be deemed invalid if they are
unable to provide proof of eligibility. The Prize is valued at the recommended
retail price including GST, at the time of publishing these Conditions of Entry. The
Promoters will not be held responsible for any change in the value of the Prize
during the Promotional Period or until the Prize is taken or received. In its absolute
discretion but subject to any applicable laws or requirement to provide notice to
entrants, the Promoters may modify, suspend, recommence, or cancel the
Promotion, if: the Promotion is unable to be conducted for any reason or has
been affected in any way by fraud, third party intervention and technical
difficulties; the Promotion’s security, fairness, integrity, administration or proper
conduct is affected or is the subject of interference or corruption; any event
outside the Promoter’s reasonable control prohibits, hinders or prevents the
determination of the winner or the delivery of the Prize. Except to the extent that
liability can be excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoters,
their officers, directors and employees, the Promoter’s related bodies corporate,
any organization associated with the Promotion, Promotion sponsors, Prize
contributors, Facebook and Instagram, from and against all actions, claims and
liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against these

parties, for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential
loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the entrant’s participation in the
Promotion or the Prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters and its
related bodies corporate make no representations as to the safety conditions
and other uses of any third-party accessories or sponsored goods included in the
Prize. Any entrant found to be abusing or circumventing the Promotion’s entry
processes may be disqualified at Promoter’s discretion. Additionally, Promoters
reserves the right to verify entries and claims for the Prize and reserves the right to
disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been interfered or otherwise
tampered with. The Promoters takes no liability for any legal, financial or tax
related issues, obligations or implications that may arise from an entry in this
Promotion or acceptance of the Prize.
The Promoters recommends that all entrants obtain professional advice
regarding the Promotion and the Prize. To enter the Promotion, entrants must
provide their personal information (for example, full name, age, date of birth,
contact details, residential address and email address). By participating in the
Promotion, entrants are consenting to the Promoters collecting and using their
personal information. The Promoters will use an entrant’s personal information for
various purposes including, but not limited to, facilitating the Promotion, carrying
on its business activities, marketing and promotional uses, direct marketing and
statistical analysis. The Promoters may be required to disclose an entrant’s
personal information to third parties. Third-party disclosure of personal
information may be required by law, or at the Promoter’s discretion to ensure
that the Promotion runs in a just and fair manner or to facilitate the Promoter’s
business activities, marketing campaigns and for disclosure to an organization
associated with the Promotion. Entrant’s personal information will be collected,
stored, used and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and
the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy contains important
information about how entrants may access and correct their personal
information held by the Promoters, how the entrant can complain about a
breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and the complaint handling
processes.

that the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated
with any media platforms. This includes Facebook, Instagram and other media
organizations. The Promoters are not responsible for any late, errors, deletions,
delay in transmissions, defections, omissions, theft, destruction or unauthorized
access to entries. An entry that is incomplete or does not comply with these
Conditions of Entry is invalid. Any decision made by the Promoters about this
Promotion is final in nature and binding on the entrants. The Promoters are not
under any obligation to enter correspondence. Entry details remain the property
of the Promoters and will not be returned to an entrant.
